Embracing Innovation in Government: Global Trends 2018
On 11 February 2018, OECD Secretary-General Ángel Gurría launched Embracing Innovation in Government: Global Trends 2018 at the World Government Summit in Dubai. The report was authored by the OECD Observatory of Public Sector Innovation (OPSI), in partnership with the UAE’s Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Government Innovation (MBRCGI), and is informed by a global review of ways governments are transforming their operations and improving the lives of their citizens though innovation. This review included extensive research and a global Call for Innovations crowdsourcing exercise that surfaces 276 innovative initiatives from 58 countries. The report contains in-depth case studies on 10 of these innovations to illustrate three key trends identified through the review: a focus on (1) Identity, (2) Systems approaches and enablers, and (3) Inclusiveness and vulnerable populations.

OECD Science, Technology and Industry Scoreboard 2017
With some 200 indicators, the 2017 edition of the OECD Science, Technology and
Industry (STI) Scoreboard shows how the digital transformation affects science, innovation,
the economy, and the way people work and live. It aims to help governments design
more effective science, innovation and industry policies in the fast-changing digital
era.

Policy Support Facility - Poland
The Horizon 2020 Policy Support Facility is a new instrument that gives Member States and countries associated to Horizon 2020 practical support to design, implement and evaluate reforms that enhance the quality of their research and innovation investments, policies and systems.
The Policy Support Facility provides best practice, independent high-level expertise and guidance at the request of Member States and Associated Countries through a number of services: Peer Reviews, Mutual Learning Exercises and Specific Support to Countries. The Policy Support Facility replies to the strong need to offer more customer-oriented services to support evidence-based policy making. To organise this process the Commission issues an annual call for Expression of Interest via the European Research Area and Innovation Committee.źródło

W raporcie (projekt) przedstawionym ministrom, OECD stwierdziło, że spodziewany wzrost gospodarczy Polski ma wynosić około 3% rocznie w latach 2016–2018, przy wsparciu rosnących płac i świadczeń socjalnych.

In a report presented to ministers, the OECD says that Poland is expected to grow by around 3% annually between 2016 and 2018, supported by rising wages and increased social benefits.

The 2015 EU Industrial R&D Investment Scoreboard
The 2015 EU R&D Scoreboard (the Scoreboard) reports
economic and financial information on the world's top 2500 companies
that invested €607.2 billion in R&D over the last fiscal year
(2014). It comprises 608 companies based in the EU, 829 companies based
in the US, 360 in Japan and 703 from the rest of the world.

The 2015 EU Survey on R&D Investment Business Trends
This tenth survey on industrial R&D
investment trends is based on 162 responses of mainly large firms from a
subsample of the 1000 EU-based companies in the 2014 EU Industrial
R&D Investment Scoreboard. These 162 companies are responsible for
€60 billion R&D investment, constituting around 36% of the total
R&D investment by the 1000 EU Scoreboard companies.
